HR Assistant
Dallas, TX Temporary $20.00 - $21.00/hr Onsite

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team across recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and communicate with candidates
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide general HR support
  • Support benefits administration and payroll coordination as needed
  • Help organize employee engagement initiatives and company events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 1+ year of administrative or HR experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); HRIS experience is a plus
